At truebasic, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, items marked "Final Sale" and discounted/clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to initiate a return
Email us at sales@thetruebasic.com or WhatsApp us at [number] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the pickup process.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping
Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
